  1. Hey, welcome back Nana & Zan! I know this is an older post but hopefully you two see it. I feel this is only spot my post fits :) I don't know if you take requests but if you have a non-meat, high protein recipe in your bag of tricks I would like it a lot. I'm not against meat but I workout and train hard but I would like to cut back as I think I eat too much to get the amount of protein I want. Or maybe you already did a recipe like that and I missed it? Thanks again for sharing your family passion for cooking.
